Important: Security & Installation Information
About Security Warnings
As RiftCoach is a new software, Windows SmartScreen or your web browser (like Edge/Chrome) may display a standard security warning when you download or run the installer (e.g., 'Windows protected your PC', 'file isn't commonly downloaded').
This is normal and expected for all new, unsigned applications. Operating systems like Windows have built-in security measures that warn users when installing software that doesn't yet have an established reputation or a code-signing certificate.
We are working on getting the application properly signed with a trusted certificate, but this process takes time and resources for a new project.
We guarantee the application file downloaded directly from this page is safe and does not contain malware.
Antivirus Sensitivity
Like many new applications, especially those interacting with games or using security features, RiftCoach might initially be flagged by some antivirus software. We continuously work with vendors to resolve these common false positives.
If your antivirus quarantines RiftCoach files, you'll need to add an exception for the installation folder (typically in Program Files).
Verify Your Download
For maximum security, we highly recommend verifying the integrity of your download by checking its checksum. This ensures the file hasn't been tampered with or corrupted during download.

Installation Help
If Windows SmartScreen appears, click 'More info' and then 'Run anyway'.
If your browser warns about the download, choose the option to 'Keep' the file.
